Shipping Information
Our default delivery method in South Africa is the Courier Guy.
Calculating Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on Checkout.
Returns
- You have to inform us at info@radiantsecurity.co.za within 7 days if you intend to return. Outside of the 7 day return will incur a 10% fee.
- State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected – these goods will be discarded.
- Incomplete packaging will result in a 30% re-stocking fee.
- If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a R100 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.
- Any discrepancies or failures of the goods supplied on the orders must be reported to info@radiantsecurity.co.za within 48 hours of dispatch, failing which it is accepted that the order has satisfactorily executed.
Defects
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
